Do not rate yourself based on where you'd like to be or wish you were. This scale is only useful if you are totally honest with yourself.
Life does not start to get remotely fascinating and exciting until you hit 8 but very fun starting at 7, and occasionally at 6.
You can move up the ladder or down the ladder depending on who and what is around you.
A town, country, even a company, or a relationship can be rated just the same using this scale.
Anyone 8 and above can lift others up provided others are willing to shift their patterns of behavior honestly.
The big shifting factors are: Self-Knowledge, Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Personal Integrity.
It also depends on your commitment to yourself. And if you only participate with things you love and love you back.
Openness, presence and a willingness to grow and develop also play a big part in moving up the ladder.
Important to remember: if you travel through life as a 7 and your partner at a 5, you will start going down the ladder; unless you start setting new boundaries.
